4. Billing address (Unless its the same as Deliver Address, just put "Same as Delivery")
5. Your card number, expiration date and your CVV number

your phone number (I can call you for your billing.)
6. Which Points of Joy you would like your portion of all your proceeds to go to

7. Any additional comments or questions regarding your order (optional)
